After all, this talent is also a world traveler and leaves again at the beginning of 2020 to broaden his vision of fine dining and to gather experiences from other cultures as inspiration.
He was not only working at Restaurant Héroine, but also gained experience at two-star Michelin Restaurant Beluga in Maastricht.
He was even allowed to take a look in the kitchen of Central (Lima, Peru) after he had dinner there.
